Obviously it's time to jump on the Phoenix real estate bandwagon!

As a rule I am a remarkably positive person but I've gotta tell you, it isn't always easy. Where real estate and financing are involved there are plenty of opportunities to be negative, and most media outlets jump right on that bandwagon.
